The hotel is grand and luxurious, providing exclusive amenities such as a top-notch Spa & wellness centre, Indoor swimming pool, and Jacuzzi for a relaxed stay. Service is prompt and responsive. the place also offers a poolside snack bar and Buffet breakfast, plus a lovely Rooftop pool with Sun loungers and seasonal outdoor pool. the location benefits its customers; cozy restaurants and coffee shops are nearby, which add more delight to the stay.
The room I stayed in had a minor issue; the Espresso machine was not working correctly hence no morning espresso.

I loved the convenience of getting around the city from the hotel. It was easy to access public transportation to the conference center, downtown, and even the airport via the ALIBUS. The breakfast provided was delicious and the staff were attentive and friendly.
